A Week in Green, Day 1

As I am sewing a green and blue baby quilt this week and probably the next, I have decided to have a color week. So, the color of the week is (drum roll please!) Green!

soaked through and typing............

Ahhhh spring..... that lovely time of year when birds are chirping, people are out on their front porches and dust just happens to collect on your car. Sigh. One Maroon 2003 Chevy Suburban was needing washing BAD! So Lil' Bro and I went out and gave that baby a thorough cleaning. Anyway so there I was rinsing suds, when all of a sudden I hear a "splush" right next to me and feel tiny water droplets hit my leg. WATER BALLOON FIGHT! Or a water balloon vs. hose fight that is. :) In the end I was soaked but he was more soaked. *grin* The moral of this story is 'never try to drench your big sister if she has a hose'.
